Gilbert Hospital Only Hospital in Arizona to Successfully Report Required Data

According to the Department of Health Services, Gilbert Hospital, located in Gilbert Arizona, was the first and only hospital of 88 in Arizona to successfully submit the required Arizona Hospital Discharge Data Report, a mandatory state filing. The report is required by the Arizona Department of Health Services to be submitted twice annually. However, changes to the 2008 report created a complex issue for hospitals wherein the report format had to be re-written from scratch.
