WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Workforce Alliance is sponsoring a Workforce Leadership Forum entitled "Legal Challenges in Changing Times" on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, featuring Eric Gordon, Esq., an authority on virtually all aspects of employment law.

It is the second of a series of Workforce Leadership Forums and Summit 2009 that convenes the County's economic and business leadership to develop workforce solutions that will contribute to the continued economic growth of Palm Beach County.

The third Forum will be held on February 19, 2009 on the topic, "Engaging the Next Generation Workforce" featuring best-selling author, Cam Marston, who will reveal some of the generational differences among Matures, Boomers, Xers and Millennials, based on his extensive research. Attendees will also receive information regarding Workforce Alliance's services to businesses and the availability of state and federal funds for local workforce development and employee training.

The highlight of the series will be on May 28, 2009: Palm Beach County's third annual Workforce Summit at the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach. The principle speaker will be Daniel Pink, the author of a trio of best-selling books on the changing world of work, including "A Whole New Mind."

Workforce Alliance is the non-profit organization chartered by the State of Florida to develop and manage a workforce system in Palm Beach County. It operates three Career Centers and Professional Placement Centers and offers its professional services to all employers and job seekers in the County.
